Essential Tips for Planning a Successful Camping Trip to France

When to go?
Spring, summer and autumn are the ideal seasons to go camping in France. During the main summer holidays France will be busy, especially on the main Saturday travel days at the beginning of August. Top tip? Avoid Saturdays if you can and if you can't, travel early or late. The French Alps are a delight in August - no crowds and easy traffic. Spring and early summer is perfect for a camping holiday in France, as is September. All of our Siblu holiday parks are open from Easter through to September, with some parks open until October half term.

Campsites in France with a water park
Kids love a water park and our Siblu campsites have some spectacular pool complexes! From pools to waterslides, toboggan slides to splash zones, you can spend hours watching the children play safely from the comfort of your sun lounger! All our pool complexes at our campings in France are lifeguarded.

Campsites in France with indoor pools
You can be sure of lots of entertainment on a Siblu campsite in France, whatever the weather. Several of our holiday parks have indoor or covered pools, perfect for those days when the sun refuses to shine.
